Community Voice is an innovative, grassroots program that uses community volunteers in targeted zip codes to reduce black infant mortality rates though health education. The program’s goal is to educate residents on behaviors that promote healthy births. By sharing this information with friends and family, people in the community become more knowledgeable about healthy living and help reduce the number of black infant deaths.
