BRIDGES at Highland and Safe Kids invite parents to come out and learn how to prepare their homes for a safe environment, by keeping them safe and potential hazards that arise during the holidays. Parents will have an opportunity to ask questions and learn safety for them and their children around this time of the year. The school will share important dates, testing and will educate parents about Title I funds and empower them to make decisions on how to spend it. The BRIDGES at Highland invites parents to enjoy quality time with their children. “Frosty Science” make ice cream is an opportunity for parent and children to experiment and learn about making ice cream in a Ziploc bag. HIV Awareness Workshop
The BRIDGES at Highland collaborates with HMHB to invites parents to come and join us in this workshop about HIV awareness. This workshop is to make people aware of HIV and how it is contracted, and of things you can do to avoid being contracted by this disease.
